We are looking for a very capable and competant person to join the team for the Winter and beyond. This can either be a job share with two part time people or a full time (approx 45hrs per week) We are a busy and very organised, friendly equestrian centre offering livery to a range of quality horses and ponies, and a riding school catering for all riders with a crew of 20 school horses and ponies. We are very structured and tidy so although busy, this is by no means a production line of riding school clients. We are a fun and friendly yard with lovely clients and staff and we care about everyone...and that includes you! We have a low turnover of staff and we are open to having non ridden yard hands. With flexible shifts to suit RAU and Hartpury students, this could suit a freelance if other criteria were met.

The job is as varied as you require. If you are a brilliant yard hand and don't want to ride thats fine, if you want to work part time and shift patterns that is equally great. HOWEVER, if you want to train, compete, take exams, work full time and really get stuck into the industry then we would be very happy to help you with your journey. We do need you to be friendly, care and want to work with horses, good at your job and be a nice person! no grumpy's that bring the happy vibe of the yard down. We love what we do and we would hope you do to.
