Due to our long-term groom moving away, we are looking for another confident and kind groom to take her place managing the livery yard.
Role includes: feeding, rugging up, turning out and bringing in, mucking out shavings beds, filling haynets, making feeds.
Must have high standards of care, be a friendly face and happy to deal with livery clients. Training available.
Hours are 7-12.30 and then 2.30-5.30 Monday - Friday (2 hour lunch break). Own horse welcome at reduced rate, welcome to ride etc during 2 hour lunch break.
Happy to discuss other days/hours to make this job work for the right person I can be flexible.
Pay is £500 week for the right person. Plenty of time for additional work for livery clients including clipping, lunging, riding etc all of which they are happy to pay you directly for.
Unfortunately no on-site accomodation available but can help find something suitable.
