We are looking for a very capable and competent person to join the team for the Winter and beyond. This is a January start. Sorry no Visas. We are a busy and very organised, friendly equestrian centre offering livery to a range of quality horses and ponies, and a bespoke training centre catering for all riders with a crew of 20 school horses and ponies and a total of 48 horses and ponies onsite. We are very structured and tidy so although busy, this is by no means a production line of riding school clients. We are a fun and friendly yard with lovely clients and staff and we care about everyone...and that includes you! We have a low turnover of staff and many past staff and all present staff recommend. We are good employers and have a very good reputation for fair and legal employment, good training and offering many opportunities.
Requirements
You must be very experienced on the yard and have worked with horses full time before. You must be proficient, skilled and keep a level head. We are looking for another career groom/rider and possible coach. Coaching qualifications are an advantage but not essential. We are a destination yard not a stepping stone and would like someone to be part of the team for a minimum of a year and hopefully longer so you must have this in mind when applying. You must drive if you live out and live in the locality. Live in is available but this is single female shared accommodation only, no pets. Your riding must be of a minimum of BHS stage 2 and your knowledge upto date and well practiced. You need to be professional in your approach. Most of all you must be approachable, trainable and friendly with attention to detail and a keen eye on customer satisfaction.
