We are looking for a dedicated Groom / Instructor to join our team.
This role will involve the daily care of our animals and providing instruction to clients, particularly young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs.
If you are passionate about animal care, equestrian activities, this role could be perfect for you. 5 / 6 day week including a Saturday.
Key Responsibilities: Animal care. Riding lessons and pony rides for clients of all ages and abilities, offering private and semi-private lessons tailored to individual needs. Assist with general maintenance, including fixing fences, painting, and gardening. Ensure the site and equipment are clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
Qualifications and Skills: Experience in animal care, especially with horses. Strong equestrian skills and experience teaching riding lessons. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
