I-Pegasus CIC and Grove House Stables Equestrian Centre for riding /equine/functional /life skills intervention coaches . We are looking for a suitability qualified individuals to join our growing organisation . We would prefer British Horse Society Stage 2 Coach / qualified primary/secondary /further education teachers for this role or similar . Part -time and full time roles available . These roles take place during the school week - term time . Further training and development will be available for suitable individuals

As a key member of a small team of coaches/activity leaders within our developing centre, this role calls for great collaboration and team work. You'll quickly build rapport with your clients and play an important role in bringing their rural experience

Requirements

You'll be an accomplished rider, qualified to BHS/ABRS/UKCC standard for the equestrian coach .

DBS checks are required as is accreditation for the Coaching Pathway for Riding for The Disabled Association and Approved Riding Schools

A natural passion and enthusiasm for supporting important community programmes such as BHS 'Changing lives Through Horses' is a real must! We want to recruit individuals who have an authentic interest in helping horses and humans to jointly fulfil their potential.

A flexible approach to working hours and a willingness to cover at short notice from time to time.
