Godington Stud based just north of Bicester in Oxfordshire is a friendly family yard and urgently needs more part time helpers to work with our existing full and part time staff. We need people who can help out with morning and / or evening stable duties. You must be prepared to work a minimum of 3 hours per attendance and be totally reliable. The work involves the full range of stables duties plus the possibility of some riding if competent. No accomodation. Sorry no horse of your own. Training for exams is available but this is not a trainee post.

Must be able to muck out stables, handle horses and youngstock, groom and strap. Anything else a bonus. Applicants must be ultra reliable

We are a successful family run competition yard and stud with a good record of staff satisfaction - most of our staff stay for many years. Lovely horses. Training and lessons can be available outside of normal working hours. Lunch provided if working over lunchtime. Free farm produce.
