The Durdans Stables in Epsom is looking for a week-end person to complete our team.
Job includes all yard duties such as mucking out, turning out/bringing in, watering, feeding, haying, grooming etc. Riding available if capable but not essential.
Ideal candidate would be able to work on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays but job can be adjusted to the candidate. Normal hours are from 8am until 5pm. Would suit someone looking for a part time job or a freelancer.

Requirements
Must be able to handle horses, work to a high standard and at the industry pace, be polite with clients and have the horses welfare as a priority. Must be hardworking, reliable and a good team player.

The Durdans Stables is an impressive equestrian facility with a rich history of producing Epsom Derby winners. It is now a popular and well-established equestrian livery yard with stabling for more than 50 horses (38 Part and full liveries), fantastic hacking and about 58 acres of pastureland. Its indoor school built in 1881, is unique and Grade II* listed building. The Durdans also has an outdoor school, horse walker as well as its own track around the woods. It is a very peaceful place enlightened by its history. The Durdans is also home of a small sport horse stud.
