Exciting opportunity for all horse lovers! Druids Lodge Polo Club are looking for an enthusiastic, hard working new team member. Candidate needs to be passionate about horses, keen to learn and eager to expand their knowledge and experience.
We are a Polo yard with approximately 120 horses on site, offering polo lessons for all levels as well as running a packed club polo season both Summer and Winter. Ponies include youngstock, broodmares, stallions, client ponies, school ponies and professional polo ponies.
Each groom has between 6-8 horses depending on the season. All abilities can be catered for as we have a selection of very lovely beginner ponies, all the way up to professional playing ponies.
Basic horse care is a must. Mucking out, grooming and cleaning tack etc. Training will be provided in areas such as clipping, bandaging, turning horses out to a very high standard and fitness.
Lots of riding available year round. Training will be offered in areas such as Natural Horsemanship, Classical Dressage, Fitness work and Polo Schooling.
Druids offer career progression opportunities. We take pride in training people in areas that they are passionate about. Whether thats riding, first aid, fitness or retraining ponies. We want people to learn and improve their skills through the experiences we have to offer. Some travel opportunities also available.
The working week is Tuesday to Sunday, with Mondays off. No visas.
