ISO Assistant Trainer for Hunter/Jumper/Eq show barn. Looking for someone with many years experience. Must have great people skills and a happy, positive demeanor. You would be needed at shows occasionally, but this is primarily a stay at home position.

Key Responsibilities: -Assist in training and teaching of horses and students of various levels. -Care and management of the horses. -Maintaining clear communication with clients. -Aiding in the upkeep of a clean and organized barn (stall cleaning not required).

Qualifications: -Proven experience in hunter jumper training with advanced riding skills and the ability to effectively communicate riding techniques to students. -A strong background in equine management and care. Understanding of horse behavior, health, and welfare. -Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. -Team-oriented attitude with a commitment to a positive work environment. -Willingness to work flexible hours depending on the time of year, including Saturdays.
