Description: ~General Ranch Duties - care/upkeep of grounds along with a variety of animals [Pigs, Goats, dogs, Chickens and potentially other animals along with up to 4-8 Horses] ~Cleaning grounds, pens, stalls, etc ~Keep tabs on feed and supply levels - communicate needs with owner ~Brush and grounds maintenance/clearing as needed ~Days and Hours of work TBD ~Per Fire/Disaster Safety: it is REQUIRED to remain on site during the day to assist with any potential evacuation from May to December, the other months are more relaxed. ~Preferred start date: ASAP ~Three month term can be extended if it is good for all parties.

Requirements: ~Live in desired ~Single Person Only [No couples or families] ~Must be able to lift 40+lbs ~Positive, flexible, ‘can-do’ attitude is a must as duties vary day to day ~Able to both work unsupervised/independently and also with a team ~Experience driving a large truck towing a trailer; tractors; possible other heavy equipment is a HUGE PLUS ~Handyman skills a plus ~Valid driver’s licenses and clean driving records ~No criminal records or outstanding warrants ~Must be fluent in English ~Previous ranch management experience a plus ~Riding experience, English, dressage, jumping, trail a plus.
