Our barn is professional yet inviting and encouraging. We are a fun group of horse lovers ranging from first time kids lessons to adult amateurs looking to show and have fun in the dressage arena. We are not highly competitive, but provide our services, care, and attention to the top level standard. Owner and Trainer rides and competes at the FEI level and currently trains with riders ranked in the top 3 world dressage standings, however our barn maintains a family like atmosphere. We have dressage school horses and clients in training with their own horses.

We are seeking a responsible individual to assist in the management of our facility from the care of the horses to facility maintenance. You should be very knowledgeable in the care of horses and be able to  assist i  managing feeding, turnout, and care schedules. You will help our morning staff by overseeing that each employee completes appropriate tasks.

Your main role will be riding client horses and teaching students.

We have a well established dressage lesson program. We have riders from 1st time horse experience to 3rd level dressage. If you are not comfortable teaching our more advanced students that is okay, however a solid foundation in dressage is required. You will also need to school client horses or lesson horses for tune ups.

The work schedule allows for flexibility, is monday through friday, with a few hours of teaching on Saturday mornings.

Paid for living accommodations - Private 2 bedroom apartment, private bathroom, and a kitchen that is not shared, but located directly adjacent to your apartment in the rider lounge.
