We are looking for a full-time groom to join our eventing and dressage-focused barn in Anthony, FL! This is a 40-hour-per-week position, working with a mix of experienced schoolmasters, competition horses, and young horses/foals in a professional yet supportive environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Grooming and daily care of competition horses
• Handling young horses and foals
• Clipping, mane pulling, and basic horse care
• Tack cleaning and organization
• Assisting with feeding, turnout, and general barn upkeep
• Preparing horses for training and shows

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay based on experience (starting at $15/hour)
• Housing including- shared accommodations on-site

Ideal candidate:

• Experience with eventing and/or dressage horses (especially young and fit competition horses)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and confidence
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and a passion for top-level horse care

Shared living with one other 23 year old girl. Private bathroom and room. Shared kitchen and living.
