This position involves assisting with the daily care of over 30 horses, ranging from retirees to young horses, broodmares, stallions, and foals, while working collaboratively with the barn owner and other team members. Candidate will be feeding, turning out and bringing in, cleaning stalls, grooming and other general horse care, basic farm maintenance, and horse exercising opportunities available depending on applicant and experience level. Opportunity to attend local and national shows with our show team and our two silver medal trainers available depending on applicant and experience level. Salary commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for horses, strong attention to detail, and hands-on experience working in a barn and in horse care. Must be 18+.

High-end boarding, training, lesson, and breeding facility located in Central Florida. 22-stall barn on 60+ lakefront acres with a dressage arena, all-purpose arena, and round pen.

Previous horse experience required. Ideally looking for a candidate with experience in show barns or working under competitive trainers.

Strong understanding of horse behavior, care, and health maintenance.

Ability to safely handle a variety of horses, including young or more challenging horses.

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.

Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and the possibility of accommodations during these times.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

A positive, professional attitude when interacting with the public and clients.
