Wild Heart is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Horse Riding Trainer to join our team! This role focuses on teaching beginners, ensuring they feel confident, safe, and excited about their riding journey.

Responsibilities:

Teach horseback riding lessons tailored for beginners, emphasizing safety, basics, and building rider confidence. Provide guidance on horse care, grooming, and saddling as part of the learning experience. Ensure all lessons follow safety protocols and create a supportive learning environment. Monitor rider progress and adjust lessons to meet individual needs. Assist with maintaining equipment and ensuring horses are prepared for lessons. Support occasional events or group classes as needed. Requirements: Previous experience as a riding trainer or instructor, preferably with beginners. Strong communication and teaching skills to work with riders of all ages. Knowledge of horse care, handling, and safety standards. Patient, friendly, and encouraging personality. Availability to work weekends and flexible hours.
