Duration: Dec to Mid/Late April (flexible for right person)

About Us: We are a private hunter/jumper breeding program, and during the winter months, we call Wellington our home. Our farm is conveniently located near the horse show, making it an ideal place for horse enthusiasts to work and live. Our focus is on nurturing and developing young horses, including 3/4-year-olds that have been lightly started under saddle. We cherish the experience of riding out on trails, so a sense of adventure and comfort outside of the ring is a must. At our farm, we prioritize the welfare of our horses and maintain a tranquil, drama-free atmosphere. Excessive lunging and drug use are not part of our ethos.

Key Job Responsibilities:

Feeding, mucking, turnout, cleaning, laundry, and other barn-related tasks 6 horses. Riding horses daily and preparing them for showing Caring for and developing green horses. Requirements:

Experience riding green horses. Drug-free and positive, self-motivated attitude. Availability for a six-day workweek.
