Equi Sport is an international sales, training and competition show jumping stable based in Wellington FL in the winter and the north east in the summer. We are looking for a full time show groom to add to our team. Applicants need to be punctual motivated self starters who can work independently and with others as a team player. They need to have experience as a groom, with a strong knowledge of horse care/health, be able to groom FEI and the ability to drive a truck and trailer. This is not a riding job but the ability to flat at home is possible for the right candidate. Applicants must have their own reliable transportation to get to and from work. Qualified applicants must have a valid / current drivers license, US citizen, or valid visa, or valid green card for USA. Please send resume and references. We can offer competitive pay. 6am start, lunch break and done by 3/4 in the afternoon at home, show days are show days. 6 day work weeks at home. Yearly paid vacation days and additional days upon request. No housing in Wellington available at this time but we do offer housing on the road in the summer. We are looking to add new team members starting in October or November of 2024 but are starting the interview process now.

Must be able to travel.

Great experience and work with Grand Prix level horses, riders and trainers. Possible travel to Europe.
