The Equine Professional will be expected to work closely with our trainer to ensure the well-being and performance of the horses at our dressage farm in Lincoln, MA. Responsibilities will include veterinary and nutrition oversight, which involves scheduling and coordinating regular veterinary visits, administering medications (IV & IM), and implementing a balanced diet for the horses.

The Equine Professional will also be responsible for inventory control, ensuring that supplies and equipment are well-stocked and organized. This includes managing, hay, shavings, feed, medications, grooming supplies, and other necessary items.

Shared night checks and holiday coverages will be part of your responsibilities.

In addition to your managerial duties, you will also spend time working in a groom's capacity. Grooming tasks may include grooming, bathing, tacking up, and assisting with any necessary treatments or therapies.

The ability to trailer horses is a requirement.

If you possess handyman/person skills and can handle basic repairs around the farm, it would be an added advantage.
