- Be comfortable and confident in the day to day handling of horses (feeding, grooming, picking stables, bathing, turnout, etc.)
- Carryout and maintain a high standard of care and cleanliness in regards to the stable and horses.
- Collaborate effectively with fellow team members

- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and strength for lifting and handling horses and equipment.
- Experience with carriage driving is not required

Orleton Farm is a Private Barn which is home to beautiful horses and ponies. Orleton is based in the picturesque Berkshires for the most of the Spring, Summer and Fall and then migrates south to a lovely farm just north of Ocala during the Winter and most of the Spring. The farm has top quality horses, ponies, and equipment, and the standard of care is extremely important. Iconic competitions such as Devon and the Royal Winter Fair are attended while up North, and in Florida, competitions and clinics are attended regularly.
