To assist and oversee and manage daily operations throughout the seasons and seasonal changes. Job entails a hands-on management of the facilities and staff.To assist keeping all barn horses in good working condition and care for the needs of the boarder horses as obligated in boarder agreement. To maintain a level of professionalism with staff and clients at all times. To maintain business integrity and enforce all rules and regulations.
Duties and responsibilities Daily opening and closing of the facility. Operate a western trail program. Horse care as needed. Hay and shavings management. Farrier shoeing schedule for barn horses. Lesson program instructor. Staffing and scheduling oversight. Program assistance. Event management – oversight and staffing. Customer outreach and satisfaction. Safety protocols and compliance – staff horses and clients. Review monthly and annual numbers.

Riding school as well as rehab facility and boarding facility with an indoor arena. We have 55 horses on the property and we have access to a network of trails which we provide trail rides to the public. We have riders and students here that do western pleasure, Hunter jumpers, show jumping and dressage.
