Lasher Performance Horsemanship is seeking up to (3) assistant trainers. Pay + housing. We have a simple method of training horses and would love to teach it to you. Once you begin learning it there are frequent raises. The more educated you start here the sooner you will get raises, as our training regime is not too difficult. Feel, timing, pressure and release. We have many horses that come for starting, some come because they are being difficult, and some come only because their owners dont have enough time to ride them.
