Looking for a longterm person with the desire to continue learning and the motivation to see it through. First and foremost, I'm looking for someone with a great attitude!

You must be a good role model, a person of integrity and an effective time manager. You must be a psychologically stable and strong individual who can get to work on time at 7am (or earlier at shows) and wake quickly in an emergency. You can successfully adult and calmly handle a reasonable amount of stress. This is a farm-family environment. Absolutely no drugs, must not rely on sleep aids, no daily or heavy drinkers, NO drama. You must be comfortable/ happy having kids and interns around, but be able to separate yourself and remain professional / not become one of them.

You will be valued and treated well.

Ability to ride well is a huge plus and will be factored in to the decision making process. No new graduates, 5+ years of equine staff management experience please.

Requirements

Ability to get along with others and work as a team, punctuality, excellent organizational skills, physical fitness, calm demeanor, positive attitude, even temperament and ability to function in a crisis. Candidate must pay attention to detail and notice all the little things that can go wrong with horses on a daily basis.

Would you notice a very mildly sprung shoe, a small spot of fungus, a yearling choking in the field, an ATV in need of oil, a broken water line, a fence board with nails sticking out of it? Can you catch a two year old who is trying to sneak away from you in a field and give it an emergency IV shot as the sun is setting?

I am looking for someone who is excited about what we do!!!
