Bryn Mawr Riding Camp is seeking a Barn Manager for the summer of 2025!
Bryn Mawr Riding Camp's facilities include a beautiful 50 acre farm with 30 stalls, as well as a 12 stall barn on our main campus. Our accommodations also include 5 outdoor riding arenas, an indoor arena, acres of trails, a cross country course, and several paddocks for turnout. Bryn Mawr Riding Camp is an all-girls sleepaway camp located in Northeastern Pennsylvania. The majority of our 40 horses come from the University of Findlay and Centenary University.
The Barn Manager’s main responsibility is to oversee and maintain the daily care of our 40 horses. This includes communicating with staff to see that all horses have adequate grooming, feed, water, and bedding on a daily basis. The barn manager will also keep farrier and medical records. They will see to each horse’s individual nutritional needs, and weight tape/make feed adjustments to keep them at a healthy weight. They will also keep track of any medications, and help to treat any injuries/lameness issues as needed. They will ensure that each horse has properly fitting and well maintained tack and equipment. The barn manager teaches lessons on a daily basis, and does night check 4 days per week.
Preferred applicants are currently enrolled in college or a college graduate. Must have 5+ years of horse experience. 21+, must be female. Must have valid drivers license & be available June 3rd-August 10th 2025.

Our riders range in age from 10 to 15 and level from beginner to advanced. Our horses come from collegiate riding programs from the University of Findlay and Centenary University.
