Grooms position to join us for the winter season in Ocala FL. Looking to hire an additional person now in readiness for winter travel in December/January. This person will be joining a fantastic team of long term employees taking care of the nicest horses. Private farm based in Newtown Square PA and Ocala FL - we have eventers and foxhunters but this position is geared towards the eventing program. 10 event horses from 4 year olds to 4*. Someone with good horse sense required as these are fit competition horses, show groom experience preferred from any discipline as happy to teach the details of eventing. Some exercise riding if ability allows - preference given to someone with solid flat work skills. Can turn into a long term position for the right person or happy to hire just for season. Open to options like part time (2-4 days a week) or full time (5 days a week) now till December.
