We are looking for someone to help groom & tack horses and assist with my baby while I get horses ridden M-F AMs for free housing with utilities and wifi (shared with my 24F assistant trainer who is very respectful and easy to get along with), free board for one horse, weekly lesson, and additional paid shifts in the barn. I typically only ride 2-3 a day nowadays and it is very low key. I have additional help with the baby so that aspect might only be a few days a week.

We have around 15-20 shifts per week available for barn work at $15 for one hour feed shifts and $30 for two hour stall shifts. Only 8 stalls that I don’t like to keep filled and all other horses live outside and eat out of feed bags. We have about 20 horses and 4 are in stalls currently.

I can offer weekly lessons and board space for your horse (you pay grain expenses). I am a USDF bronze, silver, and gold medalist and our assistant trainer is also eventing focused. Lessons are occasionally available to the right candidate on FEI schoolmasters.

We have a full XC course through novice height, a large 130x220 covered arena, a 60x80 indoor with mirrors, and a large outdoor turf arena with riding trails.

It is an incredible barn environment with really lovely boarders and horses.

I am happy to foster any sort of interest you have in other aspects of the industry. For example: if you wanted to run your own clinic series or schooling shows, I am happy to just take a ring fee and then let you make whatever $$ you can from organizing. Or if you had interest in clipping/braiding I am happy to set you up with clients.
