Private farm in Middleburg/Va seeking horse professional with great work ethic and eye for detail. Equine Vet tech experience a huge plus. Responsibilities include feeding, grooming, braiding, bathing, supplement administration and general care of horses. Recognizing distress in horses and having knowledge to confidently handle situations promptly. Maintaining a show barn appearance, as well as safe horse environment on a daily basis. Individual should have compassion for horses and focus on their well being. This is not a show or competition barn. Candidate must have excellent work ethic, horse knowledge, empathy, and a love for animals. Maturity and experience required. Live on property and night check required. Flexibility with 3 day shifts weekly. 40 hours total including night checks.

Previous experience as Manager or sole charge. Must Drive horse trailer/truck.
