Allison Springer Eventing is looking for a year round Team Member to be based at and oversee the farm in Boyce, VA.

We cannot supply a work Visa!

Job would require:

• Running the retirement and layup program - daily checks, feeding, administration of medication, grooming and maintaining records.
• Ability to be an additional hand in the performance horse barn as needed - turning in/out, feeding, grooming, tacking, applying therapies
• Eyes on the farm - checking fence lines , pasture maintenance, repairs

Good horsemanship skills a must! The ability to use farm equipment and do repairs would be excellent!
