Peace of Mind Dressage has a thriving working student program and has helped launch the careers of many successful professionals. This working and learning position can include training in all areas of dressage/horsemanship and is best suited for applicants seeking to train their own horse through FEI Dressage. Our program is designed to help you meet your goals. Previous working students have developed strong competition skills and resumes. Our programs thrive on team work and communication. We have a small family like community.
Working Students assist with general barn upkeep and general horse care. Working students also assist with tacking and grooming at the barn, at shows, and at clinics. Working students may have opportunities to ride horses, take lessons, and participate in shows and clinics. See our website for up to date information on our training and location. Compensation includes a housing, salary, lessons, board or lease horse. *Please note we are currently interviewing for 1 open position only.
