We are a classical riding centre in the heart of Tuscany (between Florence and Siena). We cater for all levels in dressage riding and country riding. We have 30 horses of varyng breeds. We are a small, friendly but very proffessional yard, working with many returning guests year after year.

Il Paretaio are an excellent employer, here you are able to work with the best instructors and amazing horses, the stables are great and you also have a lovely house to live in and the food is incredible. Work may be long and tiring, but everyone here looks after you so well and makes you a part of the Il Paretaio family. I would come back again and again.

I worked at Il Paretaio for about 6 months and I LOVED it!! Cristina and Gianni are amazing, I received fantastic intsruction from them and Jenny, and really improved my riding. You must have a good work ethic here and be able to work as a team, but if you do the rewards are fantastic. Great horses, staff, guests, food (mmmm!) and scenery, and of course the swimming pool! Since working here I have mantained a great relationship with Il Paretaio and have even come back to work the odd week here and there, they have always been good to me and I will never forget the amazing time I had working here. I truly reccommend to people who know how to work hard, who appreciate good horses and good instruction and who can enjoy the adventure!

Last year I stayed the winter period at Il Paretaio and I had a very nice time! It was always a dream of me to work in the middle of Tuscany with horses and to be in a beautiful landcape as theirs. I had a very lovely stay with them and learned a lot. If I had the time I would go back in a heartbeat. If you are searching for a good learning experience then this is your opportunity. I was ridding everyday and getting lessons many times a week from the best teachers. And let's not forget about the amazing dinners we had everyday!!!! Hospitality was super and the people are all very nice and friendly. I would use the term Work hard play Hard and enjoy every moment.
