Holiday equestrian center, focused on riding tours on the beach and in the water, is looking for experienced riding tour guide to join the team.

This is an exciting role for an experienced rider to lead tours on a beautiful beach on the Caribbeans. No mucking and cleaning. Daily leading tours on the beach and in the water.

Full time position and a seasonal position - autumn to end of spring.

Live in optional. Shared accommodation at the property.

Responsibilities:

• Daily grooming and tacking up horses for the riding tours.
• Lead riding tours at the beach.
• Apply medication on horses as needed.
• Train young and green horses according to ability. Further training provided.

Salary guide: set biweekly + shared tips from the tours.

Advanced riding skills and experience. Ability to lead riding groups of mixed age. Able to ride stubborn / difficult horses. Groom, pick hooves, tack up - saddle, bridle. Experience handling young horses and stallions. Experience (or willing to learn) training young and green horses. Personal qualities: punctual, diligent, efficient, outgoing. Responsible and able to work in a team and alone with minimal supervision.
