Camp Wa-Klo is an all girls and gender minorities, summer camp located at the foot of Mt. Monadnock in the beautiful southwest region of New Hampshire. “Our little corner of the world” provides a special summer home for campers with a warm, nurturing, and inviting family. Our staff and campers come from all over the world creating a diverse and unique community. We have approximately 40-45 staff who live in cabins and teach in a specialized area.
We have 12 horses that live on camp and our campers learn all about horses, stable management and more! Equitation lessons are held in our spacious riding ring that can be divided to run as many as three lessons at one time. Adjacent to the main riding ring is a large field that is used for advanced equitation and jumping lessons. Camp is surrounded by miles of quiet dirt roads and trails that offer an idyllic setting for trail rides in the beautiful New Hampshire countryside.
